Lorris Shuriah and Tony Burke are independent filmmakers. Ms. Shuriah is a published writer living Jamaica. Her first independent book is called Orchids Roses & Thorns. This is Lorris's first independent film in association with Tony Burke who is also an editor and of Jamaican background. The two worked on completing The Doleful.
