    Death Before Discomfort

Ben’s a 32 year old short-order cook at a small diner in a small town. Sailing through a (very) prolonged adolescence with his best friend, and diner mop-man, Kevin and waitress/longtime crush, Katie, Ben is the picture of stunted development.
He’s has convinced himself that he is content to work in this little job for the rest of his little life, to harbor this crush for Katie, to not test the hands of fate. However, those (in)decisions become meaningless when we find that the diner has been foreclosed on and only has 45 more days. Now, he’ll have to make what may be the 1st adult decision of his life; grow up or give up..
