Directed by Sérgio Martins 2018 119 min
    Details
In September 2016, Fábio Silva started a path towards becoming Portugal's Strongest Man. He has been competing in Powerlifting and Strongman contests since he was 18 years old. But now is his moment. Fábio felt he was ready to become the best in Portugal. And so he started to train harder, eat better, and become absolutely committed to that goal. 24 hours per day Strongman. In this documentary we get to know his one year journey to become the best in Portugal. How he trains. How he eats. How his family lives with the specific needs that Fábio has and his 7000 calories per day diet. Who his opponents are. But there is more. Portugal has no tradition in Strongman. This sport is widely known in Northern Europe and the US, but in countries like Spain and Portugal it has no story. Why? Who brought this sport to our country? There is answers for all these questions of this in this documentary.

With this bundle you will get the two documentaries that Sérgio Martins, the director, has available on ReelHouse.
