"Pure Nude Yoga – Earth Goddess" features the young and natural yoga teacher Abi as she gracefully moves through a yoga asanas, while calming instructions educate and inspire throughout the session.
Abi has been studying yoga internationally for over ten years drawing upon Vinyasa and Hatha yoga principles and practice. And over the last five years she has been teaching yoga. She has a very gentle approach to yoga poses and embraces exploring variations for beginning students. Her yoga flow strives for calmness, grounding and balance.
Pure Nude Yoga – Earth Goddess begins Abi practicing a series of easy and basic asanas…specifically designed to enhance flexibility, reinforce core muscles, and nurture and repair your lower and upper back muscles.
