    The Seventeenth Kind

    Loose Canon Films are thrilled to present the motion picture adaptation of Michael Marshall Smith's 'The Seventeenth Kind'.

    The 25 minute film stars Tony Curran (Defiance, Dr Who, Underworld: Evolution, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen) as a washed up TV presenter with a destiny in the stars. Ralph Brown (Withnail and I, Agent Carter, Life On Mars) as Shop O Vision owner Herbert. Sylvester McCoy (Dr Who, The Hobbit) as a shopping channel guest with a mysterious past. Miriam Margolyes OBE (Harry Potter, Black Adder, Merlin, The Sarah Jane Adventures) as an avid viewer of the Shop O Vision network. Along with glamour model Lucy Pinder playing Melissa and the vocal talents of Brian Blessed (FlashGordon, Dr Who The Scarifyers, Blackadder) as a character known only as 'The Voice'.
