Jay, aka "Osylum", is a Black man born and raised in Providence Rhode Island (also known as Lil Rhody).
He sought out to help his friend "Blaze" in corrupted street affairs. When his friend skips town to get away from all the chaos, Jay ends up taking on the load of it all. That's when things spiral out of control in Lil Rhody.
