Christine Grosart had her first scuba dive age 14 at her mother's BSAC club, but a career in horse racing took precedence and she did not revisit the sport until 2004 when she began diving with the Cave Diving Group.
In 2009 she dived to the far reaches of Wookey Hole Caves, solo, and to this day holds the British women's cave diving depth record.

Christine has led exploration in France and Croatia and holds the end of the line in four different caves.
She is an offshore dive medic, working on vessels and platforms in the North Sea and occasionally returns to the shore to keep her hand in as a Paramedic on frontline ambulances for the NHS.

She is a caving instructor, an examiner in the Cave Diving Group and is the secretary and underwater photographer for the conservation charity, Ghost Fishing UK.
She project manages Project Baseline South Wales Caves and has been a team diver on Project Tiger, the exploration of the Fontaine du Truffe and Marche Pied.
