In 2011, during a presidential election that included two Mormons (Mitt Romney and Jon Huntsman), a national survey found that 22% of Americans would not vote for a Mormon (a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) for President of the United States. This film seeks to find out why that is. Interviews with experts in government, religion, and history highlight perceptions and misconceptions regarding Mormon faith and culture. The film avoids dogmatic discussions and does not seek to promote any religious or political ideology. This independent production is not affiliated with or endorsed by any church or political candidate, party, PAC, or caucus.
